Cable extruder can be used in many fields, such as extrusion machine for agriculture, electric appliance, cable, machinery, etc. So what should we pay attention to when we operate the cable extruder?
1. The cable extruder should run in a positive direction to avoid reversing.
2. Do not run on an empty stomach, and the machine must be hot fed to avoid stick (holding shaft) phenomenon.
3. It is strictly forbidden to enter into the feed port and vent hole of cable extruder, so as to avoid accidents and affect production.
4. Safe use of electricity, grounding wire.
5. When the machine is running, it is forbidden to touch the feeding port, discharging port, belt, gear and other rotating parts with hands.
6. The machine should be injected with lubricating oil before use, so as not to cause damage to the machine.
