Strander, as an important bunching equipment, must be paid attention to in operation. Correct operation can ensure normal and stable operation of strander.
So, what are the operation points of strander?
1. Pull the single wire through the automatic stop device of broken wire, through the distribution board to the front of the parallel die, twist the wire harness into a strand, pass through the parallel die, pull out 0.5-1.0 m, and fix the parallel die on the die base;
2. Connect the strand and the traction wire together, close the protective cover, start the machine slowly, wait for the end of the wire to be pulled to the coil, and wind the coil for 2 turns. Stop the machine, cut off the unqualified part of the thread end, pull out the traction line, and fix the qualified thread end on the coil;
3. Start the machine to twist the bundle for 20-30 meters, and check whether the diameter of the single wire is fine, whether the twist direction meets the process requirements, whether the wire core is round and loose according to the requirements, and continue the production after confirming that there is no error;
4. In the process of starting up, it is necessary to often observe the operation of the reel of the pay off rack and the flat cable of the take-up reel. In case of any abnormal situation, it is necessary to stop the machine in an emergency, find out the problem and solve it before starting up;
5. After manufacturing, fill in the product manufacturing card carefully, place it in the waiting area, and place it in the qualified product area after the process inspector has confirmed and signed.
