Solutions of Single Strand Back and Loose Strand in Stranding Machine

In the course of using the strander, there may be single strand back and loose strand in the bundle. How should we deal with this situation?

Encountered with this problem, we first need to analyze and understand its causes. There are three main reasons for single line back stock and loose stock:
1. Pay off tension is not uniform, loose tight, loose tension of the core go more, resulting in back strand.
2. The pass of the die is too large to adjust the tension properly.
3. Improper position of the die, unreasonable stranding angle, large pitch, etc.

Methods: the back and loose stocks were excluded
1. For bundle (bundle products with more than one strand), one is to improve the setting out device of bundle, and adopt more advanced single line tension setting out device, so that the tension of each single line can be adjusted and controlled.
2. The guiding die is adopted, and the diameter of the guiding die is 97% of the calculated outer diameter of the beam line. In this way, the guide die can adjust the tension properly.
3. Using single pitch buncher, the bunched products of this kind of buncher can reach the level of stranded wire.
4. For the bundle core with serious back strand and loose strand, it can also meet the requirements of use by overmold rewinding.
5. Adjust the pitch ratio properly.
