Solutions for Disordered Wire Arrangement and Wire Pressing of Strander

Strander in the process of use, stranding products are generally supplied in a coil. For large cross-section stranded wires, we need to arrange them one by one, especially the bottom wires.

There is a stop when the line turns around. We should pay special attention. If there is too much gap between the upper and lower layers, it is easy to cause line pressing. In this case, we can deal with it as follows:

1. Adjust take-up tension;
2. When manually arranging wires, it is better to be able to move first, and then change the pitch according to the diameter of the wire core. The key is to arrange the first layer well, so it must be arranged neatly;
3. Arrange the second layer. When adjusting the layer, arrange the line manually to ensure the quality of the line;
4. Strengthen the sense of responsibility for operation, and observe the quality of cable laying at any time. Find problems to adjust in time, pay attention to fix the two ends of the line and the left edge distance.
