Vacuum kneader is mainly composed of kneading part, base part, hydraulic system, transmission system, vacuum system and electric control system. The kneading part is composed of cylinder body, slurry shaft, wallboard and cylinder head.
The preparation before operation of vacuum kneader is as follows:
1. After the installation of the machine, clean, decontaminate and wipe anti rust grease first. Check all lubricating points and inject lubricating oil (grease).
2. Check the tension degree of V-belt before driving, and move the motor to a proper position by adjusting the bolt. 3. Check whether the fastener is loose, whether the steam pipe is leaking, and whether the circuit and electrical equipment are safe. Electric heating kneader must have grounding device.
4. Clean up the kneading chamber before the machine test. Run the machine for 10-15 minutes, and confirm that the machine runs normally before production. Usually, the noise of the new gear (including reducer) is large in the initial use, and it will decrease naturally after a period of running in.
5. When steam heating is used, a safety valve and pressure gauge shall be installed at the steam inlet pipe, and the steam pressure shall not exceed the cylinder mixing pressure requirements indicated on the label.
6. Reverse rotation should be reduced when mixing paddles.
