The designated PE foaming brands include Dow & Union Carbide (Model: DGDK6923NT), Borealis (Model: HE4873), Tianshui Wanwei (PE inner insulation), Dow & Union Carbide (Model: DFDA7540NT), Ube Industries 180 (PE outer insulation), Dow & Union Carbide (Model: DGDK3364NT), and Wilson (Concentration of Color Masterbatch: 1:100; Maximum Foamability: 70% (at most 50% for PE data cable) or 60% (at most 60% for PE miniature coaxial cable)).

10. Control Parameters of Insulation Diameter
10-1. When the insulation outside diameter of the solid dielectic cable is less than 0.3 mm (based n online laser measurement), the deviation is controlled within ±0.006 mm from the mean value; when the insulation outside diameter is more than 0.3 mm, the deviation is controlled within 1% from the mean value.
10-2. When the foaming insulation thickness is less than 0.3 mm (based on online laser measurement), the deviation is controlled within ±0.02 from the mean value.
10-3. When the foaming insulation thickness is more than 0.3 mm (based on online laser measurement), the deviation is controlled within ±1% from the mean value.
11. For the solid core process, the mean capacitance deviation of the insulated core is controlled within ±1%.
11-1.As for the capacitance stability of the insulated core in the foaming process:
(PF/m)>200 PF/ m ±1%
11-2.When the nominal capacitance is more than 200 pF/M, the deviation is controlled within ±1%.
(PF/m)<200 PF/m <±2 PF/m
11-3.When the nominal capacitance is less than 200 pF/m, the deviation is controlled within <±2 PF/m.
11. Concentricity (Measurements Are Much Preciser than Calculations)
The concentricity is 95% or more for an insulation outside diameter of 1.5 mm.
The concentricity computational formula (f) is 1-(e1-e2)/(e1+e2),
Wherein e1 means the maximum thickness and e2 means the minimum thickness.
When the nominal thickness (e) is 0.15, f is 0.9;
When the nominal thickness (e) is 0.25, f is 0.92;
When the nominal thickness (e) is 0.3 mm, f is 0.94; and
When the nominal thickness (e) is 0.5 mm, f is 0.95.
